Wacom Workout

Just because things are a bit hectic, heres a digital painting I did. Significance? It was my very first one.

Had a wacom for a while now, originally bought it to launch into the world of digital painting. However I quickly worked out that wasn’t for me, I prefer to push real paint around on a real canvas. Something about playing with pixels seems so much less… gratifying?

To put it alternatively, I didn’t have paint over my hands, carpet, and door handles after finishing this. My palette didn’t muddy, and my water pot didn’t spill. Nothing that is meant to happen whilst painting happened. Not to mention the enormous degree of separation between my hand, the Wacom, and the screen.
